Athletics training

Every Friday our class would go to athletics training. My favourite is sprints if you don't know what sprints are well there basically a short run that's fun and easy and doesn't waste energy. Why I like it is because it's easy and fun and. And how you do it well. You run down a field (at least 100 m) and get people make it a stair run and then boom your done.
